| Ms. Neale
has more than 13 years of clinical operations management
and product development experience (drugs, devices and
biologics). As a consultant starting in 1995, Ms. Neale
has successfully designed, managed and implemented multiple
diverse clinical programs. Previously, Ms. Neale was
the Senior Director of Clinical Operations for Mimetix,
Inc., Associate Director of Clinical Development for
Titan Pharmaceuticals, Senior Program Manager for Applied
Immune Sciences (now part of Rhone-Poulenc-Rhorer) and
Senior Clinical Research Associate at Syntex, Inc. (now
Roche). Ms. Neale graduated from the University of Minnesota
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 1985.
In addition to her operations experience, Ms. Neale
spent 5 years as a registered nurse working in multiple
therapeutic areas including receiving certification
in the critical care field. |

| Ms. Neale is well-regarded
for her expertise and her ability to quickly analyze
and design a plan to solve complex clinical operation
issues. She has extensive experience in the clinical
development of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products
with particular expertise in strategic planning, implementation
and management of clinical and regulatory plans that
keep complex projects on-track, on-time and on-budget. |

| Dr. Teichman
has over 15 years of clinical research management and
executive management experience. He is Board Certified
in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. After graduating
from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons
in 1980, he completed research and fellowship training
at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He has almost
40 original publications, reviews and abstracts published
in peer-reviewed and invited medical journals. He has
organized over 10 pre-IND meetings, filed more than
12 INDs and worked on multiple successful NDA/BLAs.
